Parent Coaching fosters greater self-awareness and supports new ways to think about parenting challenges. Parents are encouraged to create a unique parenting map - a plan that identifies the life skills our children need to thrive, and better ways to match our parenting choices, expectations, and behaviors with our intentions. Sessions will explore our
unique experiences being parented and how these experiences show up in our parenting.
